Cancellation Policy

I ask that you please reschedule at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment, or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment. I reserve the right to charge for any appointments that are missed with no notice. LATE ARRIVALS: I value both your time and the time of other clients. I understand that sometimes things happen out of your control to cause you to be late to your appointment. I ask that you be on time but no more than 15 minutes late. If you are more than 15 minutes late I will try my best to accommodate you but I do have the right to reschedule your appointment. If I do have to reschedule your appointment you will be charged 50% of the service. Please let me know as soon as possible if you are running late.
